INGREDIENTS

 Cheese Cream

18-ounce block

Grape Tomatoes Or Cherry

1 pint

Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
3 Tablespoon
Shaker for seasoning and salad dressing

1 tablespoon

Pasta Of Choice

12ounces

Salt, Kosher, To Taste

Shredded Cheddar Cheese

STEPS

1. Set the oven to 400 degrees. In the middle of a large baking dish, place the block of cream cheese. Place the tomatoes in a circle around the cream cheese, then season everything with ranch.

2. Cream cheese and tomatoes are placed in the oven after being covered in olive oil. Bake for approximately 35 to 40 minutes, or until the cheese is just starting to brown on top and the tomatoes are bubbling.

3. Boil a large kettle of salted water while the cheese and tomatoes are cooking. When you drain the pasta, save approximately a half cup of the cooking water before proceeding with the package guidelines.

4. After taking the baked cream cheese out of the oven, add the shredded cheddar while it is still hot, and mix well to incorporate and melt the cheese. Add pasta and just enough pasta water to the sauce toss to combine the two. Serve immediately.
